The Healing Benefits of Gratitude

While no one is immune to trauma, grief, or human suffering brought on by violence and natural disasters. Consider if you will, building a reserve of resilience (a personal ability) to rebound and recover from the inevitable negative events that occur in life. Now consider gratitude with its limitless power to restore, rejuvenate, and heal as a pathway to greater emotional and mental well-being throughout your life. In fact, gratitude has been found to be one of the strongest links to mental health, over optimism, hope, or compassion.
