DRW has had the privilege of coaching nurse leaders and their teams for over 15 plus years using coaching frameworks grounded in the latest research in positive psychology, neuroscience, gratitude and positive organizational behaviors (POB). Now more than ever, these evidence-based methodologies are vital in supporting nurse leaders, their teams, and the culture of nursing.

Our coaching clients represent various healthcare settings, including academic medical centers, community-based hospitals, ambulatory centers, specialty clinics and senior living communities.
