DRW’s Mental Fitness program is based on the Positive Intelligence™ (PQ) framework, synthesizing recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science. A root cause analysis has found 10 Saboteurs responsible for negative mental patterns (self-sabotage) and 5 positive mental patterns that help shift to the Sage brain (PQ Brain), your true self, that leads to the highest level of success and sustained happiness.

DRW’s Mental Fitness Group Coaching Program – Move from Self-Sabotage to Self-Mastery

Our 8-week PQ Coaching Program is designed as a mental fitness boot camp for small cohorts of 5-7 people. We begin with:

  • A Program Kick-off includes an overview of the research, distribution of online assessments for Saboteurs and PQ Score, and preparation for the online program.
  • Weekly one-hour video lessons taught by Shirzah Charmin and weekly one-hour group coaching sessions with Linda Roszak Burton.
  • Final week wrap-up with action items and next steps.

An exclusive PQ app guides your daily practice, gives access to an interactive gym, lets you check your daily progress, and connects with members of the PQ community. The app provides motivation and structured practice for 15 minutes per day for the 8 weeks.
