DRW Health and Well-Being Program For Women – Thriving From the Inside Out
An Evidence-Based Guide to Health & Well-Being

This 12-week, six-module virtual program, designed specifically for women, takes an evidence-based, compassionate approach to enhance health and well-being. Through relevant assessments, knowledge and confidence building, and setting SMART goals, you can begin making the changes you want to see, honoring all life stages and experiences. You benefit from a personalized, structured format that helps create meaningful progress in a realistic, steady, and lasting way.
Starting May 14, 2026, 1:00pm-2:15PM
Module 1: Program Foundation Let’s get started, Compassion, not criticism. Evidence-based, not trend-based.

Module 2: Dimensions of Well-Being Understanding each dimension and setting priorities. This is about taking small steps that build momentum and understanding what support you actually need.

Module 3: Evidence-Based Frameworks Discovering the science of behavior change and why it matters to us. Every new effort towards a health and well-being goal is competing against a history of discouragement and an unrelenting negativity bias.

Module 4: Goal Setting Translating insights into specific, achievable goals. The goal is to build a way forward through small, repeatable actions you can return to, even after setbacks.

Module 5: Motivating and Self-Coaching Skills Practicing the compassionate inner conversation that sustains change. Small steps create momentum; practice leads to progress.

Module 6: Your Personal Action Plan Integrating everything into your next 90 days. Well-being isn’t about perfection. It is about learning how to return to yourself, again and again, with support, structure, and self-compassion.
