Have You Finished Your Summer Reading List?

Congratulations if you read all the books on your 2019 summer reading list. True confession – I didn’t have a reading list this year…but you’d never know by the number of Amazon book deliveries that came to my front door! Dr. Seuss was right, books are magical.

August marks three-months since Gratitude Heals was first released. Individuals who purchased Gratitude Heals range in age from Millennials through Baby Boomers.

Gratitude Heals has garnered the attention of for-profit businesses, healthcare institutions including hospitals, hospice and recovery centers, religious and wellness entities, and the cannabis industry.

Perhaps the time has never been better for raising awareness about the science of gratitude and the many positive outcomes available to individuals, organizations, and communities.

A few recent and verified “5 Stars” Amazon reviews include:
  • “Ms. Burton shows the impact gratitude can have on our health and well-being. And what better time than now with everyone talking about burnout and feeling overwhelmed — both personally and professionally?”
  • “Gratitude Heals shows you through science exactly how practicing positive thinking and gratitude effects your brain, but what I like about it the most is it gives you prompts and practical ideas as to how to bring this practice into your everyday life. I’ve been practicing mindful Mondays every week since I received my copy!”
  • “This is just a beautiful book in every way! It’s visually stunning, and a wonderful resource for anyone working on healing or just wishing to establish a more consistent gratitude practice.”
  • ” This is a great book, with information about the neuroscience of gratitude. Plenty of space to write in the journal, and many prompts along the way to help you keep focused. I was also impressed with the list of resources in the back.”
